Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our business (made-to-order and international shipping), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• We cannot accept returns for items damaged by the customer, used products, or hygiene-related items (such as pet feeders or grooming accessories that have been opened).

• To start a return, please email petloversworldusa@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once approved, you’ll receive a refund confirmation by email. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
